Role Purpose

The mission of the Corporate Account Manager for Public Sector is to establish and further develop cooperation between Vodafone Greece and Public Authorities.

Focus on building key relationships with recognised large Public Sector accounts.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Deliver high standards of general account management for new and existing business accounts.
  • Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of large customer accounts of the public sector.
  • Confidently communicate the benefits of Vodafone products and services on customer site.
  • Understand different customer profiles and demonstrate ability to match appropriate products and services to fit their needs
  • Identify, develop and finally close potential customer opportunities, achieving the personal and team targets.
  • Monitor results and provide relevant feedback to the respective Sales Supervisor
  • Core competencies, knowledge and experience

  • Understanding of technical / IT business solutions
  • Proven experience gained within a business sales channel. Must have minimum 3 years b2b sales experience in Telecoms or IT and at least 1 year experience handling public tenders.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate, with a strong customer orientation
  • Interest to learn about the latest business services and products
  • Team-player
  • Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • University degree (Master degree will be an asset)
  • Fluent knowledge of English language (oral & written)
  • Driving licence
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
