Job Description & Summary
The opportunity
PwC Greece is growing, and our internal Human Capital team is currently looking for a Human Capital Business Partner to contribute to our people's agenda.
As a member of the Human Capital team the Human Capital Business Partner will translate business to people strategy and will work with the leadership team to create the right environment for talents to grow.
Beyond the team(s) (s)he will be responsible for, the Human Capital Business Partner will be involved in HR innovation projects touching the employee experience across the firm, contributing to the PwC Greece transformation journey.
As a Human Capital Business Partner you will :
Work with the Business Unit / LoS leadership team to define the key interventions that will make the biggest positive impact to our business and people.
Execute key HR processes, including performance management, workforce planning, recognition schemes and compensation & benefits.
Remain in touch through focus groups, 1 : 1s and pulse surveys with how people feel and propose actions that will improve everyday life
Create a goal-oriented and growth mindset culture, focusing on people development
Use People Analytics and KPIs to proactively maintain a healthy turnover / hire rate, anticipate trends
Develop people management and manager of the future capabilities in their organization
Contribute to an HR innovation project touching the employee experience across the firm
What we are looking for
Six ( 6 ) to ten ( 10 ) years of relevant experience in HR as an HR Business Partner and / or as an expert in Talent Acquisition / Talent Development in a Company with sophisticated HR practices.
Previous experience in a professional services / consulting environment will be considered an asset.
A degree in Human Resources Management at Bachelor or Master’s level or other training qualification in HR will be considered an asset.
Knowledge of Greek labor law and of the Greek employment market
Project Management skills, including developing project plans, budgets, and deliverable schedules
Strong analytical skills : proven ability to use key HR Analytics to enable talent development strategies
A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues at all levels
Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates
