Job Description & Summary

Due to the continued growth of our practice, we are now recruiting a Cyber Security Manager in our Technology Consulting team in Athens.
The successful candidate should
Assist clients in establishing a robust Cybersecurity posture via the creation of business-led Cybersecurity Strategies and Transformation Programmes.
Assist Organisations to develop enterprise-wide security architectures and Operating Models to address their security challenges and risks
Be responsible for the delivery of Cybersecurity and Data Protection Engagements such as the development of Training & Awareness Programmes, the execution of Cyber Risk and / or Compliance Assessments, the development of Security Programmes etc.
Maintain expertise on Cybersecurity and Data Protection cross-industry trends and best practices; which may enable the introduction of innovative CyberSecurity services and solutions.
Develop strong internal and external working relationships and build consensus
Plan and monitor the progress of projects, promptly identify and manage project risks and allocate resources in an efficient manner to ensure high-quality, timely and on-budget delivery.
Lead and mentor a team of CyberSecurity professionals
What we are looking for
University degree in Computer Science or other relevant fields
Postgraduate studies in Information Security or other relevant fields
Up to 6 years of relevant work experience in the Information Security / Cyber Security and / or Data Privacy and Protection fields
Relevant professional qualifications and certifications in the areas of Information Security and Data Protection such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CIPM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor etc.

Solid understanding of Information Security and Data Protection principles, control frameworks, methodologies, industry best practices, legal and regulatory frameworks, such as GDPR, NIS Directive, NIST, ISF, ISO 27001, COBIT, etc.
Good knowledge of cyber security concepts, emerging security technologies and recent developments in cyber security
Strong analytical, creative problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Solid project management, service and business development skills
Ability to translate technical issues into business risks
