Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Acquire user distress calls, provide 1st line desktop & network support, troubleshoot and resolve of VOIP, PDA, PC hardware, software and networking issues, as reported by users.
  • Classify requests of support, maintain ticket status (tracking & routing) and produce service level reports.
  • Provide cross-platform email support (Outlook, iPhone, Android Mobile).
  • Maintain user account information including but not limited to rights, security and systems groups.
  • To be involved to Building, deploying and maintaining systems, network and security infrastructure & applications at both our hosted and office sites
  • Train users on supported hardware, software and office automation solutions.
  • Monitor IT systems and take proper action for normal operation. Apply patches and O / S software updates in cooperation with vendors.
  • Log & report on H / W and S / W problems.
  • Monitor and maintain acceptable system performance. Investigate bottlenecks and optimization solutions. Maintain system security policies.
  • Punctual and timely reporting to his / hers superiors as per requested.
