Responsibilities

Deliver projects and products using agile methodologies and best practices, learning and iterating frequently

Lead the collaborative planning process to prioritize the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team

Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospective, and other agile meetings

Ensure effective cross-team communication and coordination

Work throughout the organization to remove impediments and improve process

Maintain relevant performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement

Requirements

Experience in a scrum master role

Familiarity with software development

Scrum master certification / Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Very good command of English language. Excellent written and verbal skills.

In depth knowledge of software development process and best practices

Experience with multi-tier architecture, OOP and design patterns

Experience with Agile development methodology and Experience managing Agile Scrum projects

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

A record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team leader and / or development manager

Strong leadership, time management and problem solving skills.
