    We are looking to strengthen and expand this leading technology team with a Technical Delivery Manager for the Deloitte Alexander Competence Center in Thessaloniki .


  • Manage and deliver complex digital transformation projects using innovative technologies, with focus on CRM processes.
  • Act as a technical lead for custom developments in order to deliver business excellence
  • Coordinate the team on respective projects; Monitor and control project costs.
  • Ensure governance compliance Ownership of managing budget
  • Consistently overview standards and quality of deliverables by implementing changes where necessary.
  • Provide ongoing communication / feedback to team members, in regards of engagement / project status etc.
  • Act as a role model by sharing expertise and knowledge within the team members on ongoing basis
  • Develop & cultivate the team building culture
  • Liaise with Deloitte Technical professionals to identify and transform opportunities into solutions that drive business value
  • Ensure compliance with all official internal processes / governance

  • At least 6 years of working experience on a relevant field. Knowledge of Salesforce is considered a plus.
  • Ability to manage and deliver complex projects of digital transformation, with focus on CRM processes
  • Knowledge of project Management Principles, Business Acumen, Contract Terminology, Problem Solving.
  • Preferably a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Ability to manage the billability versus productivity ratio of the team
  • Ability to articulate possible and optimal technical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in mentoring and coaching team members;
  • Adaptable and proficient in change management
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability in controlling and monitoring project costs / profitability.
  • Fluency in English; Italian knowledge could be considered a plus
  • Flexibility to travel is required
