Key Responsibilities : - Plan, develop, co-ordinate and write the property marketing plan. - Website content improvement - Create posters, flyers and newsletters for internal and external communication ensuring corporate standards are maintained at all times.
Be responsible for attending and managing all media visits, press trips, interviews, photo-shoots and filming taking place in the hotel.
Write press releases, photo captions, fact files and editorials and organize any other public relations activities when and where required.
In co-operation with the General Manager, DOSM and the B.o.D. assist in developing effective advertising campaigns for local and International media - Good relation and communications skill to bring more influencers to the hotel.
Fully support the DOSM in various hotel projects. - Build relationships between local community and media, community organizations, and other advertising houses.
Research the need areas of consumers and hotels and translate that into an effective marketing plan. - Have a working knowledge of all the hotel department’s priorities.
Handle VIP arrivals and assist in all Public Relations actions. - Secure that hotel and its related products and events have positive exposure in the press.
Monitor advertising campaigns and social media content along with the social media agency. - Maintain effective lines of communication with Sales and F&B departments in order to help co-ordinate all advertising requirements.
Negotiate with local printing / advertising companies to ensure best price available is achieved for all outside printing requirements / orders.
Assist DOSM in preparation of annual advertising plan and budget, ensuring target costs are monitored and achieved on a monthly basis.
Accepts and carries out special projects as specified by the general manager from time to time. - Maintains a high level of loyalty and confidentiality and does not divulge hotel or guest information to any unauthorized person.

Monitor and update all the online databases, TAS and TOs information material, photographs and descriptions. - Customize ads per target market.
Support hotel’s partners in other markets to achieve dynamic sales. - Manage Radisson platforms and keep up-to-date on any changes.
Ensure consistency of information in all in-house advertising ways (print, electronic, TVs, concierge kiosks, etc.). -Monitor all internal customer satisfaction systems.
Requirements : - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.- Degree or postgraduate degree in marketing.- Dynamic knowledge of electronic databases and ease of technology management.
Proficiency in English. Knowledge of other languages is desirable.- Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards.
