What you'll be doing :
The Digital Product Owner will be part of the Digital Product team reporting into the Digital Product Lead / Western Europe Cluster Lead.
Responsible for prioritising and delivering new functionality & improvements across the Western Europe markets (UK, Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Greece) for Avon’s representatives and customers ecommerce experience across all our digital platforms.
Key responsibilities :
Becoming a super user for each of the platforms they looks after
Identifying new developments from journey mapping, feedback, research & analytics that drive customer or rep satisfaction
Creating detailed requirements and stories for each of these developments
Managing and prioritsing the WE development backlog across all digital platforms they are responsible for ensuring a consistent approach is adopted across each WE market.
Managing these developments delivery end to end to ensure they meet the requirements
Liaising with the other Digital Product Owners to ensure alignment across all platforms
Working closely with the Digital Test Analyst to ensure thorough testing is carried out
Strong partnering and influencing with cross functional teams, business stakeholders and development to ensure they are clear on WE order of priority
Demonstrating a passion for experience design and all things digital through the solutions you develop & the interaction with business stakeholders, reps and customers
We'd love you to have :
2+ years experience in a similar role
Experience of using JIRA and Qtest is desirable
Strong ability to work on own initiative
Proactive and ability to challenge the norm
Proven track record of working to deadlines
UX background or experience of working closely with UX teams would be desirable
Experience of A / B multi variant testing
Experience of using Shopify or Prestimedia would be desirable
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices as well as latest enhancements in customer experience, eCommerce, direct selling online, UX and the wider digital world
Good general standard of education, ideally degree level
Agile accreditation would be desirable
