We are looking for a Senior Office IT Administrator to lead our Office IT Support Team.
Our corporate IT infrastructure lies right at the heart of our everyday work, and the Office IT Support Team is always eager to ensure that our workstations, our corporate network and the rest of our office equipment are in perfect working order.
Examples of work you might undertake
Provide end-user support to a constantly growing team that uses workstations running Linux, Windows and Mac OS X
Design and implement expansions to our wired and wireless networks as the company grows in numbers
Maintain and configure the company's VoIP infrastructure (120 VoIP devices using Asterisk PBX)
Help the Office IT team configure and support our office equipment ranging from Raspberry Pi, printers to tablets and other devices
Write tools to automate the Office IT team’s everyday work, ranging from inventory management to security update rollout
Help the Office IT team members advance their skills
What Skills and Experience You Will Need
CS degree or 5+ years of working experience
Experience using Debian Linux or Ubuntu, Windows and Mac OS X
Good knowledge of at least one scripting language (preferably Python)
Fundamental networking knowledge (802.1Q VLANs, STP, 802.1x authentication, etc)
Team player with an easy-going attitude and willing to learn new things
Strong organizational, problem solving and prioritization skills
Ability to take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution
We will appreciate if you have
Experience with Asterisk-based VoIP setups
Prior experience managing a team
Networking certifications (CCNA, etc)
