IQVIA Technology Solution has recently expanded their offering including Virtual Meeting Services into their service portfolio.

Virtual Meeting Services delivers best-in-class digital events, reducing the time and effort required to manage logistics and oversee event details.

Our team of experts provides support and a white-glove service approach, delivering highly interactive and engaging virtual meetings.

To address the increasing demand from our clients, we are currently looking for a

Job Overview

Provide support and assistance to project managers and project teams related to the delivery of Virtual Meetings. Will support all project-related activities for assigned projects in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices.

Essential Functions

  • Assist with the establishment of new procedures and offer suggestions for process improvements for existing procedures.
  • Set up and maintain all project documentation files and records.
  • Assist with the creation and coordinate all information and communications for assigned projects.
  • Update and maintain internal databases, tracking systems and project plans with project specific information.
  • Prepare, analyze and distribute status, tracking and project finance reports.
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings and project summary data.
  • Coordinate project team and customer meetings, identifying and planning appropriate medium (Web, telecon, face to face) and ensuring arrangements are handled appropriately.
  • Determine and plan all meeting requirements in advance, as directed by the Project Manager.

  • Take and record minutes, notes and actions at assigned meetings, distribute and follow up accordingly.
  • Coordinate with other project support staff within and across the organization to identify and consolidate support processes.
  • Will serve as backup contact for internal project team as designated by project manager.
  • May undertake project management activities as per PM’s directions.
  • Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • 2 years of experience in running meetings & events for the Life Sciences industry is highly preferred. Experience in similar fields such as scientific content management or training courses design and delivery is also welcome
  • Proven fluency in English and at least in one of the following languages : French , Spanish , Italian , German . Being native speaker will be an advantage.
  • All other European languages are also of interest

  • Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
  • Customer oriented and result driven : stay focused despite adversity, being resilient to pressure and demonstrating a make it happen mentality is essential to succeed in the role
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills : ability to prioritize activities, be multitasking and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Location : Athens, Greece

    1 Year Fixed-Term Contract
