You will be working within the IT Operations team, to ensure employees and systems across all physical and remote sites can work effectively, by maintaining the existing hardware infrastructure (networking, servers, phone system, computers, laptops, mobile devices) and identifying issues and areas for improvement.
More specifically, you will :
Resolve IT Support Requests against agreed Objectives, KPIs and SLAs.
Escalate Advanced Cases.
Maintain Service Records and Documentation.
Provide hands-on or remote support across all Apifon employees or systems.
Interact with external suppliers to improve efficiencies and services.
Keep confidential all client and company proprietary information.
Report any identified non-conformities related to Apifon Platform and services provided.
Report information security events and vulnerabilities to the Information Security Officer.
