Early 2018, Imerys has launched an ambitious internal transformation program to foster efficiency within the group : MAKE IT #1.
MAKE IT#1 Group wide digital transformation is reshaping Imerys Digital landscape, encompassing 5 pillars : a set of common language and processes, a global ERP Core Model S4 / Hana based, a common collaboration platform (GNOC, GSOC, unified WAN) and a common unified IT organization.
MAKE IT #1 aims at implementing common IT Tools for our business units / divisions. In order to enable seamless development and roll out of these new tools, Imerys IT involved from IT division centric organization to a regional IT platform (EMEA,APAC,US)
Within the Imerys group different ERP-systems are in use. The SAP Finance and Controlling Expert will be in charge of all of the ERP systems, SAP ECC6.
0, with different platforms for different business areas in different countries. Based in our Imerys offices in Athens (Greece), the SAP Finance and Controlling Expert is part of the EMEA IT RCC SAP Skill Center.
As part of this team, the SAP Finance and Controlling Expert is involved in the support of the current SAP systems, but also in the future global SAP S / 4HANA deployment and its linked processes and systems (eg.
Concur, Basware, Serrala, etc..)
JOB SCOPE / DIMENSIONS
In addition, knowledge of sub consequent modules, such as purchasing, sales, material management system and especially production is a must have for this position.
By contributing to these responsible tasks, you contribute to ensuring that the IT landscape in the Imerys Group is always up to date.

What are the steps following my application?
The HR contact responsible for filling the position will contact you to confirm whether your background and experience will allow you to be considered as a candidate for the role.
If your application is considered, you will go through a selection process : interviews with the different persons identified in the interviewers panel.
What happens if I am selected for the position?
The terms of the offer will be provided by the HR in charge, respecting market competitiveness and internal fairness / equity.
You will be released from your former position in accordance with local practices e.g. : three month maximum notice period for Europe, one month maximum notice period for the USA.
Exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration to potentially adapt these durations
