potential. Currently, we are looking for a high-performing Sales Account Executive based in Thessalia , to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

Candidate should have the ability to generate business and retain customers in a demanding environment.

Job brief

As Sales Account Executive for the region of Thessalia , you will be directly responsible to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.

We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations and they are customer-

obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. Candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills.

Successful applicants should also be willing to travel on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies in order to meet sales expectations and goals
  • Maintain and develop fruitful relationships with customers; provide guidance
  • Proactively interact with customers to identify and cover customer needs
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction with Edenred solutions
  • Analyze and present sales efficiency results
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
  • Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics
  • 3 years of sales experience (experience in B2B sales is considered as an asset)
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Familiar with Sales Performance Metrics
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
  • Outstanding Knowledge of MS Office; experience in CRM software is a plus
  • Team player
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Fluent in Greek and English
