Design software architecture and support its implementation
Implement best development practices and contribute to their continuous improvement
Communicate technical decisions within the team and to business stakeholders
Support sales workshops to assess client requirements and discuss technical feasibility
Participate in knowledge sharing practices
Strong written and verbal skills for discussing business requirements with business stakeholders, PMs, designers and engineers
Significant experience in technical design and implementation of successful software products
Ability to make and argue technical decisions, such as security, manageability and performance
Ability to define application structure, behavior, interaction and non-functional properties
Ability to analyze impact and risks of both business requirements and subsequent architectural decisions
Ability to define and document product technical concepts that enable long-term alignment of engineering teams
Ability to review source code and processes for adherence to best practices, suggestions and hands-on support in improvements
Experience with various organizations, businesses and engineering teams.
