The opportunity
Our Markets & Strategy team in Athens is now looking for a Senior Associate .
Our Markets & Strategy team is a cross functional unit, collaborating with all Lines of Service (Assurance, Advisory, Tax & Legal Services) to drive firmwide transformation initiatives engaged with business development activities.
The team’s internal clients’ are Senior PwC Greece Staff, including Partners and Directors who base important business decisions on reports and presentations prepared by the team members, combining information from multiple internal and external sources.
Markets & Strategy team members achieve a 360 view of all PwC Greece’s and Global Network capabilities and Industries and drive change, implementing PwC’s New Equation Strategy.
The role entails :
Markets & Industry Meetings preparation and facilitation (agendas and decks preparation, understanding of Salesforce and Power BI reports & dashboards, following up on action plans)
Coordinating teams during the Markets Annual Budgeting Process
Supporting and gathering all required input / information relating to the successful implementation of the Account Management Programme, including Trainings and Account Planning Workshops facilitation
Collaborating with all teams for the collection and presentation of relevant information relating to the Big-Wins and Big-Bets
Participating to the EMEA Client Experience Community and implementing new initiatives
Contributing to the firm wide Knowledge Management Programme
Supporting new initiatives relating to growth and innovation
What we are looking for :
Project management and organizational skills
Ability to understand market / sales trends and firm strategic objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to deliver within specified deadlines and support PwC leadership teams
Strong business acumen and influencing skills
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
Global and inclusive mindset with a spirit of collaboration and knowledge sharing
3-5 years experience preferably in professional services organizations with focus on Strategy, Operations and Business Development activities
Business studies relative degree or equivalent
Military obligations fulfilled
