As the local expert in digital transformation, you plan and organize cross-functional project teams and develop plans to execute strategies to meet business needs.
You use your technical foundation and knowledge of the local strategy to drive digital transformation.
How you will contribute
In collaboration with cross-functional partners, you will help develop and execute the local digitalization agenda and lead initiatives according to agreed priorities.
You will help deploy capital digitalization projects, ensuring they stay on budget, with senior supply chain leaders. In addition, you will work with local engineering teams with digitalization projects and topics, monitor project progress during project development and participate in optimization efforts, incorporating feedback learnings for general adaptation for other engineering teams.
You will also participate in a digital community of practice, contributing your expertise. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate your knowledge of your technological area of expertise and develop more in-depth technical knowledge and demonstrate your highly refined influencing and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for cyber security technology at the plant
Responsible for day to day maintenance site automation
Ensures site is in compliance with company standards for automation, infrastructure and cyber security
Develops and executes site roadmap for automation, CCN infrastructure incl delivery of shared infrastructure (IDC and CCN components)
Manages 3rd Party Providers
Issue escalation point for Automation, CCN Automation Infrastructure or cyber security
Development of site budgets and management of spending for support, maintenance and lifecycle management in line with the standards
Coordinates and ensures business involvement during technology lifecycle to support changes / upgrades / replacements
Oversight ensuring any internal or 3rd party resources understand and adhere to standards
Escalation to regional Automation Lead of desired exceptions or improvement ideas
Drives cultural change management within the Plants to embrace cyber security policy / standards applied to control equipment
Owns the business continuity plan including disaster recovery of CCN systems
Active participation in global / regional automation & systems development and security communications
Ensure alignment between local BCP and Enterprise recovery procedures, regarding CCN Automation systems
Bachelor / Master degree in technical major (Mechanical / Automation Engineering, etc.)
Minimum three years of work experiences in similar area
IT / IS infrastructure knowledge used in Automation environment
Experience in major engineering project, project engineer role
Know how in PLC, Scada / HMI programming and maintenance : Rockwell, SIEMENS, Omron
Greek language - fluent
English language - Level B2
