Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a global leader in certification industry, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position :
Facilities Management Coordinator
Routine inspections on all building premises to ensure good overall condition and report all findings to the Head of Facilities Management
Oversee building maintenance and keep records of past maintenance operations
Oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishments
Check all facilities daily to ensure the implementation of Environmental, Health & Safety measures
Maintain an active inventory of office furniture and building materials
Assist with other duties assigned by the Head of Facilities Management
Work effectively in a team environment and liaises with other teams, in order to get the job done and reach the best possible outcome
Bachelor’s Degree (Technical background preferred)
2-3 years’ previous experience with facilities maintenance
Excellent command of the English language
Advanced written and oral communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
Flexibility to work outside of office hours
