The project is being conducted for a US-based client who is one of the leaders in the Conversational AI area. This company has made it to the top of the list of "The World's Most Innovative Companies of 2022" of the Fast Company magazine in the AI category.

The successful candidates will work on the team developing the voice communication services of the cloud-based virtual agent web application.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

At least 1 year experience with PowerBI reports, modeling, DAX calculations

Strong SQL skills (at least 3 years practical experience). Creating complex views with multiple joins, Lead / Lag, windows functions, converting fields, parsing JSON.

Very strong communication skills. Preferable experience communicating directly with customers (not only to his / her manager).

Having the ability to independently manage expectations and communications with our product managers.

Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

We are looking for candidates to work from Poland in a multi national environment with the product managers of the Conversational AI product company.

NICE TO HAVE :

graduated university education - computer science

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Develop and use data analysis tools to support collaboration and exchange of business metric data between the finance team and the product management team for the cloud-based services product.
