About the Role
As a Product Owner for Experience Manager Cloud, you will be involved in hands-on management of the engineering backlog using Agile and Scrum best practices and techniques to ensure our products and services are reliable, delivered on time, and meet business needs.
Your technical background will enhance collaboration with the engineering team to translate the requirements and prioritize and groom the backlog.
You will build bridges between several departments and work closely with product managers.
What You’ll Do :
Translate business needs into a backlog organized by epics and stories
Define features and user stories that have detailed descriptions, business context, and engineering requirements
Define detailed acceptance criteria for all features and user stories
Prioritize backlog and sprints while clarifying requirements based on the product roadmap
Work cross-functionally with engineering, product managers, support, documentation team, QA and UX / UI designers
Be the primary product specialist for the engineering team and serve as the key stakeholder of product decisions during planning, refinement, development, and release activities
What You Need to Succeed :
Demonstrated experience in leading a team as a Product Owner in a technology-focused business
Technical background with knowledge of software development, cloud technologies and agile processes (Agile, SAFe, Scrum)
Leadership DNA - proven ability to excite and lead cross-functional engineering teams
Proven experience in writing high-quality user stories from a persona perspective
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart :
Previous experience working with headless CMS or Content as a Service platforms
Hands-on experience developing and running a SaaS-based offering, ideally enterprise
