Description

We are looking for a Country Manager to join our Viva Wallet team in Vienna, Austria! This individual will assist us in defining the growth strategy for the Austrian market whilst building and growing Viva Wallet’s business activities and team!

  • Define the growth strategy for the Austrian market;
  • Manage the P&L of the region, including steering the development of revenue;
  • Acquire, manage and grow our agency / trading desk and direct brand client portfolio;
  • Meet on a regular basis with key account holders in agencies to identify revenue streams and potential future business opportunities;
  • Support the data on boarding team locally by establishing data partnerships with both, large corporations and agile smaller companies across several industries (retail, hardware, etc.);
  • Build and grow your team;
  • Provide market intelligence and understanding industry and market trends;
  • Complete all the awareness training assigned on time;

  • Requirements

  • Proven ability to deliver against ambitious traffic targets, and then find a way to hit and exceed them;
  • Demonstrable experience in developing SEO presence through strong in-house operations, link and content development and outsourcing where appropriate;
  • An understanding of how to optimise search engine marketing spend;
  • The ability to test new channels and approaches, whilst measuring and improving performance and efficiency to maximise growth rate;
  • The ability to manage the delivery of all local marketing initiatives;
  • Strong commercial understanding of internet marketing / advertising business models (CPC,CPA,CPMetc.);
  • Experience of maintaining and growing business from an existing customer base;
  • Proven ability to grow a balanced portfolio of clients through new customer acquisition;
  • The ability to deliver against stretching sales and revenue targets;
  • German as your native language;
  • Ηands-on attitude and be highly numerate;
  • An outstanding sales nature with very strong communication & presentation skills;
  • Excellent use of English;
