Role Purpose :
Being part of an agile team, Product Manager mission is to build awareness and adoption for care journeys, via design and delivery οf campaigning and proactive care strategy, enabling COPS organization to achieve a high performing digital operation.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Develop & deliver customer care journeys’ campaigns as well as go to market plans to build awareness and adoption.
Design proactive customer care strategy, develop plans and deliver respective digital campaigns.
Hold end to end responsibility of plans’ delivery against KPIs. Own monitoring and reporting of KPIs and tweak performance along with key stakeholders to achieve desired results.
Drive suggestions on prioritization of investment decisions & support business cases for new technologies and 3rd party integrations.
Liaise with key stakeholders (care functions, channel owners, product owners, data engineer team) to drive optimized execution and adoption of digital care journeys.
