Regional Sales Manager CRM - South
to be based in Athens covering the South of Greece.
In this Sales and Team Leadership Role you deliver market leading customer experience to identified Key Accounts by providing high level technical support and service based upon intimate understanding of customer needs.
You grow CRM sales and increase market share in key accounts in line with agreed targets. Last but not least you are responsible to manage a team of CRM FTEs in the assigned region in order to ensure the best technical knowledge.
Understand the dynamics of the local market, the healthcare and economic environment and competitor strategies impacting selected centers
Understand customer needs by building strong business relationships with contacts at all levels within the account : consultants, physiologists, allied professionals, hospital management and procurement personnel
Analyze, develop and implement a detailed action plan by center crystallizing all Abbott branding and offerings including products, technical support, clinical projects, educational and marketing programs and training & development initiatives
Plan, organize and coordinate in the center the key initiatives defined in the action plan in close cooperation with the other local team members as needed : FTEs, clinical specialist, marketing & therapy development and as appropriate regional / national / international Abbott leaders Lead and manage contracting processes to achieve market share growth, enhanced profitability and negotiate win / win outcomes with selected key account center.
Build and present unique customer centric solutions to deliver positive business outcomes
Cooperate closely with the Local QA / RA Manager at implementing Field Actions when required.
Work in close liaison with the National Sales Manager CRM to communicate regional vision, strategy and objectives, ensure implementation of account plans and identify business development opportunities, potential issues or threats and ensure operational integrity, compliance with Abbott business practices and policies as well as legislative, clinical and regulatory requirements relative to each country
Provide local forecasts, business reports and information flows to Regional / Divisional / Country Management as required on a timely basis
Perform other duties as requested by the Regional Sales Manager to establish Abbott as market leader.
Role model Abbott values and ensure all in-country activities maintain a positive customer perception of the Abbott brand.
Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or equivalent
Extensive experience / comprehensive knowledge of the Medical Device Market
At least 3 years’ experience in similar activities
Very good English language skills
Natural abilities (team player, stress resistant, discretion, good communicator, etc.)
Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated abilities in coordinating projects and working with the medical profession
