SAP S / 4 HANA Reporting Analyst
System Support Area)
Location : Warszawa / Kraków / remote
Role
The position is part of the newly established SAP S / 4HANA Cloud internal L2S team, responsible for ongoing support and new configuration requests, specific to PwC’s SAP S / 4HANA Cloud global implementation of financial and project management modules.
At present, we are in the solution implementation phase and the system is planned to go-live in the third quarter of 2021.
Until the go-live, the support team members are planned to collaborate with the implementation team and this way they will gain a required level of fluency in the PwC internal business and support processes as well as gain necessary knowledge of the system architecture and functionality / configuration.
Area of responsibility
Design and develop new reports and reporting capability using SAP reporting tools and technology and SAP Analytics Cloud Embedded edition for S / 4HANA Cloud or SAP Analytics Cloud
Deliver new reporting and analytics content within reporting platform
Communicate with business in order to gather requirements related to reporting needs
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately
Provide guidance on alternative resolutions on recurring or ongoing issues
Document troubleshooting or resolution steps
Engage with the vendor, when required
Invoke escalation processes; involve multiple resolver groups, as needed
Provide day-to-day second level support to PwC network SAP S / 4HANA Users
Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and reporting changes
Candidate profile
5+ years experience in delivering BI / BW solutions using preferably SAP technologies
Previous experience in SAP cloud-based solution would be an asset but not required; an intensive training and on-the-job practice will be offered to adjust the knowledge to the optimal level required for the job
Proficiency in data modeling focused on building enterprise scale analytical solutions
Experience in design, implementation and maintenance of large scale data warehouse solutions using various SAP-based technology stack
Knowledge of data management and transformation frameworks
Experience in gathering business needs and translating them to reporting specification and technical solution requirements
Analytical mindset and numerical capabilities allowing for proactive resolution of problems raised by business users
Knowledge of layout and design best practices for reports and dashboards development
Knowledge of XML, JSON, Web Services, Java Script
Excellent communication skills
Good understanding of the financial area and process
University degree in Finance and Accounting / Economics / Technology or related fields
Fluent English
