We are looking for a dedicated Senior Partner Service Manager to coordinate our fast growing teams and ensure an excellent service to our partners.
You will lead a vibrant team of 90 plus menu data entry + technical support agents with the aim to deliver an exceptional experience throughout our partners’ journey

As our Senior Partner Service Manager you will :
Monitor performance KPIs, identify and eliminate barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality
Work closely with team supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations
Set the vision, direction, and culture of the team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals
Align with Sales and Marketing on targets and campaigns that will affect the workload
Participate in hiring new team members
Develop procedures and policies aiming to maximize employees and partner experience
Lead, mentor and motivate employees to get the best out of them
Ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment
Implement team structural changes to maximize effectiveness
7+ years work experience in a similar role / industry
Bachelor degree in Business, Management or similar field is a must
Proven experience in managing big teams
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent people skills
Strong ability to focus both on partner’s and team's needs
Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills
Strong analytical skills
