We are currently seeking a highly talented and team-spirited individual to work as : HR Administrator

Key accountabilities :

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Organize and maintain employee files and records
  • Update internal databases and intranet
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist payroll process by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Requirements

  • BSc / BA in business administration, social studies, or relevant field
  • MSc in HR or related field would be a plus
  • 2-3 years' experience in HR Department
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
