We're seeking a sharp new member for our Partnerships team to contribute to the growth of / Data’s partners, i.e our developer network.
The role reports to the Partnerships Manager.
As a Partnerships Specialist you’ll be responsible to further enhance and develop / Data’s relationships with Key Partners : tech brands, developer communities, tech media, developer meetups & events etc.
The role is full-time, starting asap, based in our Athens office.
What you ll be responsible for
Managing Partnerships by actively seeking out & identifying partnership opportunities. Establishing, nurturing and growing relationships should be second nature to you.
Negotiating media promotion with the goal of maximising results while staying within budget. Handling multiple touchpoints for all of our developer facing marketing activities such as paid ads, native marketing, email marketing, event sponsorships matches perfectly with your inherent need to be both cost efficient and organised.
Keeping track of our partner contracts, invoices, performance metrics and deliverables. Your reporting skills will be finely honed making reporting on critical KPIs, costs, budgets, and performance of media partners quick and painless.
Contributing to the Developer Economics Community by bringing innovative new ideas in negotiating proposals and agreements.
What you’ll need
Proven track record in building and maintaining strong B2B partner relationships.
Exceptional English - written, verbal and presentation skills.
1-2 years experience in project management, account management or partnerships role.
Resourcefulness - creative solutions are easy for you.
Self-discipline - You have endless amounts of willpower and will persist with emails and calls, not taking rejection to heart.
Accountable - You are dependable and want to deliver on your commitments working towards your own and the teams shared goals.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Mathematics, Marketing and / or related business or scientific field.

Prioritisation - you can make priorisation decisions quickly and effectively both in terms of time and work.
Able to work early evenings (Europe) to speak to US partners (developers, developer communities, etc.).
Positivity - you have a positive outlook.
