We are looking to recruit a Customer Service & Logistics Manager who will increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations accompany with company’s cost targets.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, manage, and evaluate the customer service and logistics activities, logistics policies, procedures, standards and strategies
  • Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Resolve customer complaints and answer customers' questions regarding organizational policies and procedures
  • Oversee corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Oversee EDI ordering.
  • Check Returns Credit Notes management.
  • Monitor reporting on daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Managing accurately the SAP systems input data.
  • Managing effective relationships with increasing numbers of clients and 3PL.Monitor and provide feedback to 3PL regarding metrics and cost targets.
  • Ability to plan and implement project to internalize the work currently performed by third party logistics vendor.
  • Work with ship site location managers to improve operation and performance metrics, provide information, recommendations, and coordinate project implementation for transportation and logistics cost reduction opportunities.
  • Ensure that logistics functions are performed in a timely, efficient, and cost effective manner consistent with established corporate and customer requirements.
  • Develop, implement and sustain processes to reduce costs and improve customer service. Develop and communicate metrics to support these efforts.
  • Develop and implement efficient and effective facility processes, policies and procedures.
  • Plan and Manage Logistics / Freight spend. Responsible for transportation analysis and savings / cost opportunity analysis and the implementation and management of cost analysis measures.
  • Manage invoicing end to end process
  • Manage and develop direct reports
  • Knowledge, Experience, Capabilities

  • 5-7 years of experience in Customer Service & Logistics role (experience in FMCG or Pharma would be considered a plus)
  • 1-2 years experience in managing a team (directly or indirectly)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics
  • Advanced level of English language
  • Experience in SAP
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Ability to interface with various corporate functions
  • Oriented towards the achievement of targets (timing and objectives)
  • Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
  • Flexible in thinking and pragmatic problem-solving skills
