The job :
Responsible for dealing with all customer inquiries ensuring the highest levels of service are provided to Customers
Answer inbound calls and written communication within guidelines / goals established by the client and contact center management.
Supply high-quality service in accordance with given processes and procedures

Our selection :
Native / advanced level of Dutch (C2)
Intermediate level of English (B2)
