Manage, control and optimise all the available resources for Sales, Standards and Service within our marketplace and in line with my client’s vision and strategic plan, maintaining all company policies and procedures.
Ensure budgets are set accurately for the business unit in line with the goals and closely adhered to by all departments.
Lead the business unit to achieve all sales targets predetermined by the company in line with sales margin and to provide the required reports such as monthly sales figures, production statistics etc, and overall maintain short and long-
term financial and organisational goals.
The Director Area Manager will report to the European Managing Director and supports the International Managing Director of effective implementation of business strategic goals.
The team is relatively new as such; they are fast moving and highly motivated for success.
Minimum of 5 years sales management experience
Ideally from a leading Sales, Stone, Construction or Kitchen Sector
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Enthusiasm & Drive
Initiative to seek and seize opportunities
Proven ability of forging relationships and providing ongoing customer satisfaction
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Ability to effectively work out sales margins
Fluent English or Spanish is a requirement
