Intrum Global Business Services (Intrum GBS) is a Shared Service Center of Intrum. Currently we have over 600 highly dedicated and experienced employees, who support Group functions and local country units across Europe.
Intrum GBS is working on transforming and developing back office processes for all Intrum countries and will proceed with these tasks in GBS Operations Center.
We are currently seeking a motivated, career and business oriented Team Manager willing to participate in an international project.
This role requires full range of people management and ongoing project management tasks.
What you will be doing :
Create an engaged and team oriented work force in order to drive the project goals
Perform a full range of managerial responsibilities which may include interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing and developing employees etc.
Establish regular communication with the team, such as 1-1 meetings, team meetings etc.
Track project performance, analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Participate in ongoing establishment of operational activities and procedures
Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices, support continuous improvement goals
What you bring :
Successful track record in leading and managing teams
Experience in managing different projects activities
Experience in a service center (would be an advantage)
Experience in credit management services (would be an advantage)
Strong organizational and planning skills in a changing environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Very good English language (oral and written)
