As a Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will be leading the Compensation and Benefits team, handling Company's HRIS system and providing guidance in all payroll and benefits related issues.

Among your team's goals is to ensure compliance with labor laws worldwide, along with global and local People Operations policies, while delivering excellent experiences to build strong relationships with employees.

What you'll need to do day in day out :

  • Manage the Compensation & Benefits team in the Headquarters
  • Be responsible for development, design and planning of compensation and benefit programs, policies and processes
  • Act as point of contact between compensation and benefits teams in Latin America and the Headquarters
  • Help ensure that payroll related policies and procedures are in alignment with Beat’s overall strategic objectives
  • Actively seek out opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies and automation
  • Work side by side with external partners regarding payroll and employees' benefits
  • Collaborate with HRIS resources on tool strategy, improvements and enhancements
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing internal compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending revisions that maintain competitiveness and fiscal responsibility
  • Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on market data and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
  • Monitor the payroll process to ensure compliance and data integrity
  • Conduct thorough periodic audits; provide in depth analysis of data and metrics; manage all the related reporting throughout the organisation
  • What you'll need to have :

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits with increasing levels of responsibility in identifying, consulting, designing, recommending, and implementing efficient, innovative business solutions
  • 1+ years of experience as a Manager to a compensation & benefits team
  • Working experience in similar type of company (fast paced, hitech, international) will be a plus
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek Labor Law
  • Working experience with multinational teams will be a plus
  • Extensive experience in reporting
  • Fluency in English, both written and orally
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational, planning and project management skills
  • Team leading skills and get things done attitude - self-motivated and able to adapt in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
