We are currently looking for our Stores in Thessaloniki :

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible to :

  • Manage staff, merchandise and space to promote a high standard of service
  • Ensure effectiveness of operation
  • Ensure required standards of display and quality control are implemented and maintained
  • Utilize sales promotion and display techniques to maximize sales
  • Plan department layout
  • Implement company pricing and ticketing policy
  • Ensure maximum efficiency of the department by fully utilizing the available staffing resource, achieving agreed productivity targets
  • Ensure correct procedures are implemented for opening and closing tills
  • Motivate staff to achieve high standards
  • Identify and follow up strengths and weaknesses of staff
  • Maximize sales and minimize losses
  • You have :

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the Retail sector, 2 of which in a managerial role
  • University degree will be considered an asset
  • Fluency in English & Greek Language
  • Good standard of MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset
  • Good people management, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
