Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a well-known bank, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position :
Project Support Specialist (Banking Sector)
Organising meetings with many participants from several units and external parties
Maintaining calendars of projects and team members
Communicating effectively with senior stakeholders
Handling day-to-day office administrative tasks
Monitoring progress across strategic projects
Maintaining records of project materials (proposals, presentations, meetings)
Administering project tools (MS Teams, Project Portfolio Tool)
Undertaking basic analytical tasks to support project managers
Co-ordinating communications with internal and external parties
Participating in project meetings to support project managers and document decisions and actions
Preparing project reports
Minimum three (3) years of experience in similar role
University Degree preferably in the field of Finance or Business Administration
Proven organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under pressure and remain optimistic
Advanced use of English language (both oral and written)
