So what’s the challenge
As the mobile channel has gained significant importance among digital channels, optimizing the mobile services and overall customer experience delivered to customers is of great importance for OPAP.
The Mobile Business Manager will be responsible for defining, implementing and supporting the company’s mobile strategy, ensuring that the mobile channel is sufficiently managed and exploited.
Your day to day will include
Translating business requirements into mobile solutions that provide enhanced user experience, drive profitability and comply with the relevant regulatory and security requirements
Ensuring the efficient and on time delivery of mobile projects’ plan, through managing and supporting the respective Digital Product Managers and suppliers
Designing, proposing and implementing mobile-only services capitalizing on the relevant device capabilities (e.g. location based services, biometrics, etc.)
Identifying potential synergies between digital and physical interactions in order to optimize the experience in the physical networks
Designing activities that drive mobile channel adoption, emphasizing in native apps usage
Monitoring and streamlining the company’ presence on the relevant app stores (e.g. comment handling, services promotion, etc.
as well as other distribution channels
What you need to succeed
BSc / MSc degree in Technology, e-Commerce, Marketing or other relevant Digital Business field
Sound knowledge of the mobile ecosystem, both in terms of functional and technical requirements
8-10 years of experience in designing and developing digital solutions, with an emphasis on mobile channel development
Strong understanding of technology and business and how these two domains can be fitted together
Acquaintance with Agile methodology / delivery will be an asset
Experience in gaming industry will be a plus
Customer centric and innovation seeking approach
Strong analytical, people management, planning and organizational skills
Attention to detail, critical thinking and decision making ability
Team player spirit, working towards the achievement of company’s goals
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, in Greek and English
