Titan Cement Group is looking for a promising professional, to join our Group Compliance & Anti-Fraud team, part of Group Internal Audit, as Anti-Fraud Auditor .
The job holder will be involved in the development and execution of Titan Group Anti-Fraud Program, aiming to prevent, detect and respond to potential fraud.
Although the position is based in Athens , Greece, moderate travelling is required.
What the role does :
The principal accountabilities of the role include :
Participation to planning and execution of Fraud Risk Assessment projects, including identification and evaluation of fraud related factors and vulnerabilities in business processes across Titan Group.
Testing of anti-fraud controls, evaluation of their effectiveness in managing fraud risks and development of action plans to mitigate residual fraud risks.
Preparation of concise audit reports and presentation of findings to process owners and management.
Assist in the development and delivery of fraud awareness sessions.
Support and execution of continuous anti-fraud audit initiatives, including design of specifications and review of the results of anti-fraud data analytics.
Participation in fraud investigations, including analysis of data, transactions and financial statements, examination of documents and records for signs of fraud, interviewing witnesses and suspects, and assisting in litigation support.
Education / Experience / Generic skills :
University degree in auditing, business, accounting, law or a related field, preferably at a postgraduate level.
Around five years of professional experience as Fraud Examiner and / or Internal Auditor.
Knowledge of fraud examination and internal audit standards and practices desirable to have acquired or acquiring a relevant certification (e.g. CFE, CIA).
Understanding of the underlying factors motivating a fraudulent behaviour
Ability to understand, analyse and evaluate business processes
Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and cooperation skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Familiarity with basic legal concepts will be a plus
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Experience in SAP ERP system will be considered a strong asset.
Use of data analysis tools (e.g. ACL) will be a plus.
Fluency in English and Greek, at a professional corporate level.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
