  • Search, attract and hire persons qualified in various disciplines of information technology (IT);
  • Source candidates using state of the art tools like LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Organize and conduct interviews with high-profile applicants;
  • Prepare financial offers, including benefits, and follow up recruitment paperwork with candidates;
  • Review job ads and follow-up publication through various media;
  • Train and manage a team of recruiters handling multiple requisitions in parallel;
  • Organise training courses for company employees.
  • Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration and / or Human Resources and / or other relevant disciplines, including Computer Science;
  • Good knowledge of IT profiles and disciplines;
  • At least 5 years of recruitment or research experience in an international talent market, preferably IT recruitment;
  • Self-motivated and resourceful;
  • Proactive, taking initiative and follow through is a must;
  • Accustomed to multitasking and meeting tight deadlines;
  • Work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment;
  • Prioritise and plan work activities so as to achieve efficient use of time;
  • Organisation skills, accuracy and thoroughness, ability to monitor effectiveness and quality;
  • Advanced written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;
  • Energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others;
  • Proficiency in office automation tools, Internet use and social media;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Fluency in French or German is a strong plus.
