We are seeking for a Digital Learning Developer, who will be responsible for designing and developing digital learning solutions aligned to the strategic capability priorities.
This role will be in close collaboration with the other members of the Learning & Development team as well as in contact with various departments in Vodafone Greece, playing a key role in our daily efforts towards learning content and experience digitization.
Key accountabilities and ownership :
Designs and develops digital learning resources using a variety of methods and tools
Ensures all digital learning produced is to the required standard, using UX design techniques and quality assurance reviews, and that it interoperates with various infrastructures using SCORM, API’s etc.
Takes a mobile first approach to producing learning whilst giving consideration to whether solutions need to be responsive for all devices
Works with L&D specialists and subject matter experts to create solutions that fully meet business requirements
Keeps abreast of the latest industry trends within digital learning design and development and introduce them where appropriate
Builds and maintains excellent working relationships with key partners within all areas of responsibility through analysing internal customers’ needs and co-creating suitable digital learning
Is the owner of all digital learning platforms used
Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, driving change through measuring, reporting and enhancing the effectiveness of digital content created
Builds competence in L&D colleagues to improve their digital content creation skills

Must have professional qualifications :
Expert in the use of html5, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint and other authoring tools (eg Articulate, Captivate)
Experience with the rapid production of video solutions
University degree in Learning Technology and E-learning will be an asset
Knowledge of adult learning principles and practices and instructional design will be an asset
Strong facilitation skills will be an asset
