The job holder will develop and implement product strategies for NGA products and services consistent with the company vision.
Key responsibilities & decision ownership
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
Direct the ongoing evaluation of portfolio products and optimization / improvement of products with respect to their lifecycle stage (launch, growth, harvest, retire, etc.).
Advocate for customer experience objectives and strategic integrity during development and life-cycle management efforts.
Collaborate with project management to conduct risk mitigation and contingency planning.
Contribute thought leadership by participating in market conversations and industry events. Direct the work of Product Management team members and other functional groups.
