The role is to manage the NPs and various PCRs projects from shaver’s standpoint throughout the organization. He / She coordinates and / or undertakes a full range of projects, pertaining to new products, changes, and support the execution of the manufacturing strategy across the globe.

He / She understands and enforces professional responsibility, influences and inspires the project team. Understands both technical, financial and professional angles and has the role to direct team members on the best approach to take.
He / She is highly focused on the objectives and goals of the company and pursue them on a constant base. He / She exhibits good crisis and change management skills to handle pressure from project and culture challenges.
