What you will focus on :
Conduct research that varies in approach, scale, scope, timeframe and methodologies (may include user interviews, surveys, participatory workshops and usability tests) to support or identify new product opportunities.
Proactively communicate and share your research insights with team members, executives, and other audiences to help drive evidence-based product and design decisions.
Lead research projects from beginning to end (including recruiting, moderation, analysis, and report writing).
What we are looking for :
UX Research Experience : have proven experience designing and conducting end-to-end product research to identify needs and inform the development of new features and products.
Customer obsession : dedicated advocate of a user-centred approach to product development, while also balancing business needs.
Intellectual curiosity : have a deep interest about the interactions of customers with our product and dive into understanding all details of the experience.
Excellent communication : communicate complicated concepts in simple terms. Our business is international so English fluency is a must.
