We are currently seeking a team-spirited individual to work as IT Support Engineer .
Troubleshoot issues and provide support to employees and partners
Install and configure software and hardware (PCs. Laptops, Windows, Linux)
Set up accounts and workstations with required permissions (application-level, Windows AD, CentOS Linux)
Manage Microsoft Office 365 applications and users (Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive for Business, Microsoft Teams)
Patch and upgrade systems and applications, installing fixes and new releases
Manage network and telephony infrastructure (Cisco, ViciDial and Avaya based)
Monitor, maintain and backup virtual and physical systems (Veeam Backup 9.5)
Ensure application and system security through proper access controls, firewalls antimalware and DLP software setup and configuration
Maintain an internal wiki with technical documentation, inventory, manuals and IT procedures
Participate in procurement and vendor proposal evaluation processes
Assist in internal IT training
BSc Degree in Computer Science
Between 2 - 5 years of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
Windows 10, VPN, o365 setup and configuration
Experience with database maintenance (MySQL, MS SQL), networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
Knowledge of system security (e.g. firewalls, data loss prevention, MDM etc.) and data backup / restore
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, Billing and Portal applications is desirable
Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational, coordination and time management skills
