We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in Viva Services to take over a mix of existing accounts, oversee new sales and guide members of our team in the expansion of our service across Europe.
Viva Services is the leader in online ticketing in Greece (viva.gr), having partnerships with thousands of clients and selling millions of tickets annually.
To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business.
Experience in the entertainment industry or / and ticketing platforms will be considered a major plus.
Conducting market research to establish opportunities
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
Planning and overseeing client attracting initiatives
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Increasing the value of current customers
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
Developing quotes and proposals for clients
Developing goals for the business development team and ensuring they are met
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
To be considered, you should have :
Master’s degree in business, marketing or related field
2-3 years of experience in leading business development, sales, or related field teams
Strong communication skills and IT fluency
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Passion for the entertainment and technology sector
