What you will do

Based in Thermi, Thessaloniki, you will support the local office operations and connect with peers and colleagues across Europe.

With the help of the Managing Director and with minimal supervision, you will master a very wide range of topics, ranging from simpler routine tasks, to more complex projects.

Specifically, in any given day you may need to

  • Ensure documents archiving (e.g., invoices, delivery slips)
  • Support the local and Group accounting department
  • Help the MD with local HR / payroll matters
  • Liaise with banking institutes (e.g., for issuing new credit cards)
  • Manage the company’s snail mail, custom’s clearing and physical deliveries
  • Arrange local company events and travel
  • Coordinate facility management activities (e.g., office supplies, furniture, cleaning services)
  • Help with the onboarding of new employees (e.g., arrange for new keys)
  • Coordinate key suppliers and service providers (e.g., telecom, office repairs)
  • Support with marketing material production
  • Bring your personal touch regarding office decoration
  • Uphold the highest confidentiality and fiduciary duty standards
  • To excel in this role, you will further need to have a very strong client-centric mentality, an unwavering can-do attitude, and a bias for action taking the initiative without being asked to.

    This role has the potential to further grow in other functional areas, e.g., sales support, in sync with the company’s international growth plans.

    In this context, the ability to quickly learn from others and develop new skills is of paramount importance.
