  • Design, develop, implement and test scalable BIAs / BCPs / IT DRPs / ERPs / Supplier Contingency Plans aligned with company’s policies.
  • Develop fit for purpose’ supporting documentation, e.g. clients questionnaires, assessments, test scenarios, etc. Produce reports and manage follow-up actions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with corporate business units to agree timing of assessments, plans, exercises, success criteria and organizational aspects.
  • Play role in incident / crisis and continuity / recovery activities.
  • Document and analyze any incidents, and improve processes to prevent re-occurrence.
  • Identify and report risks through dedicated channels and implement mitigation plans.
  • Establish relationships across all stakeholders, service providers and business units to ensure collaborative effort on company’s business continuity planning.

  • BSc. MSc is a plus
  • 3+ years professional work experience in related fields (business continuity, risk analysis & disaster recovery). CBCI and / or DRI certificate is a plus
  • Proven experience of working to ISO 22301. ISO 22301 lead implementer certificate is a plus
  • Strong project management skills. PMP or PMI equivalent is a plus
  • Understanding of technologies in the financial software industry
  • Knowledge and experience in an ITIL process-based organization
  • Ability to collaborate with business, operational and technology leaders to obtain consensus and support
  • Ability to understand and help corporate teams design processes to meet RTO and RPO to support client recovery requirements
  • Has a can do attitude; positive thinker
  • Able to react proactively to changing business demands
  • Operates well under pressure and able to deal with ambiguity
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Works well with others; able to explain key business continuity concepts to different audiences in appropriate business, technical terms
  • Highly developed facilitation skills
  • Advanced communication skills (English being company language)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Banking software experience preferred
