Big multinational company in the FMCG sector based in Switzerland is looking for a passionate candidate with a background in engineering to help us attract and recruit top talent for our R&D center.
As our Engineering Recruitment Sourcing Specialist you will be searching for candidates with hard-to-find skills using various sources, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
No previous experience in the area is required.
Work closely with the Recruitment team to develop a solid understanding on the staffing needs
Source and screen candidate profiles for niche and high-demand roles using various channels, emphasizing for experience, skills and culture fit, so as to build a strong talent pipeline
Develop a sourcing plan, using internal and external resources (referrals, job boards, social media, networking, etc.), to identify qualified engineering candidates
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn and various online resources to advertise openings
Build a positive candidate experience, in order to enhance the company’s reputation and promote our employer brand online and offline
Provide essential support to the team members in their recruitment efforts
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a must. Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical exposure is a plus
Previous experience in Recruitment in not a requirement; training will be provided
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
A strong work ethic with a desire to succeed
Solid organizational and time management skills
Fluency in English; French is a plus
Ability to relocate to Switzerland
