  • Drive the project using the Temenos Implementation Methodology and agree this methodology with the Client Project manager
  • Organize and manage the project handover sessions with the Temenos Engagement managers and Business solutions team
  • Produce the Project Definition Document containing the project Objectives, Scope, critical success factors, and include the SOW planning and deliverables
  • Identification and mitigating of early risks for the project, and identification and resolution of key issues
  • Lead and execute the project kick-off meeting
  • Plan, manage and maximize the utilization of project resources, and assist the Resourcing managers with the end of year resource performance reviews including development needs
  • Refine the delivery strategy and effective methodologies based on the client maturity and capabilities (Waterfall / Agile / SCRUM / Kanban) to ensure a successfully delivered project
  • Drive the Discovery and Solution Design (D&D) sessions with the client and the Temenos team, communicating the planning and resource requirements in advance.
  • Reviewing and updating the project estimations, planning and delivery strategy with input from the D&D sessions
  • Build the baseline of the delivery backlog (project Backlog) for the client requirements (user stories)
  • Monitor deliverables quality and raise quality concerns to the delivery channel or team resources and proactively supporting them with actions to resolve the issues
  • Manage and coordinate the deliveries intended for the client from the product delivery team
  • Hold internal and Client project status meetings to review progress, issues, risks and mitigations. Including providing status reports to the client as input for the Steering committee
  • Coordinate all inter departmental / stream activities and control these until closure
  • Manage the Change Control procedures
  • Manage project administration such as approvals for timesheets and expenses, client invoicing and resource forecasting
  • Update the Internal Project Dashboard and drive the Internal Project Review meetings
  • Obtain Client signoff on :
  • Discovery and Design agreed scope and planning
  • Project deliverables and agreed Milestones
  • All change control items
  • Manage client expectations
  • Support the Area Services manager on project specific questions / escalations
  • Coach and support team members on their activities and deliverables
  • Inform your management of issue impacting the project which are outside of your responsibilities, as well as issue impacting the Temenos image and position
  • Inform the Account Manager of potential new opportunities within the client

  • Minimum of5 years experience in managing the delivery of complex multi-disciplineprojects in the financial industry, including experience in digitaltransformation projects using waterfall and / or agile methodologies
  • Strong leadershipskills, and a self-motivator who works professionally and autonomously, and whotakes ownership to deliver a successful project
  • Ability tobuild high-performing delivery team through selection, motivation, feedback,and coaching
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills with capability of communicating atdifferent levels in the organization and with the client
  • Provennegotiation capabilities with ability to liaise and influence across all levelsto bring successful outcomes
  • Provenpersonal skills and qualities in resource management, building and maintainingcustomer relationships, facilitation, organization, and problem solving
  • Capability ofbalancing outcomes to client needs and costs
  • Financial / Commercials management and reporting experience
  • Universitydegree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent workingexperience
  • PRINCE IIor PMP, and SCRUM Master certification highly preferred
  • Must behighly proficient in Microsoft Project, MS Office applications, and theAtlassian products Confluence and Jira
  • Certifiedin Temenos Implementation Methodology (TIM) or to be certified within an agreedtimeframe after joining Temenos
