Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for the automotive industry.
PCMI first established our presence in Kraków in 2012, the same year we opened our headquarters in Chicago, IL USA. Today, we are the global leader in F&I administration software and have grown to over 165 team members across our three global offices.

What you’ll do
In this role, you will become a part of one of the scrum teams responsible for developing new features as well as enhancing our web platforms.
You will work closely with the Product Owners, Software Developers, and other QA Engineers. This role requires an analytical mindset and experience in a similar role for your tests to be as thorough as possible.
Quality is one of our key values and so is this role within our organization. You will also need superior communication skills and English as you will be responsible for clarifying requirements with the business teams.
