Your responsibilities

You should bring :

The interview process will be in 5 stages.

1st - Interview with one of our Talent Acquisition partners - this will be a get to meet you interview, sharing more details about you and discussing the role and FREE NOW in general.

2nd Tech Challenge. Take home challenge and a chance for you to show us what makes you so good at what you do

3rd Challenge Review. Two of our Senior Engineers will review your challenge with you, look at ways of improving it, challenge you on your decisions but also for you to defend your code.

We are a non-egocentric organisation; we expect to be challenged and to challenge.

4th Hiring Manager. Meet with the HM, opportunity to discuss your career, what is important to you, what can FREE NOW do to make you successful

5th Meet the Team. Get to know your team and what makes them tick
