a future-facing bespoke Strategic Marketing Firm, is looking to recruit a creative and experienced Business Transformation Manager .
As the Business Transformation Manager, you’ll be leading a team of internal & external consultants, towards process improvement, analysis, automation, and reengineering of business processes, with the objective of increasing the efficiency and productivity of client’s operations and service.
Design and implement actions with relevant adaptation on the agreed strategy.
Analyze business processes and identify areas of improvements
Identify opportunities for business process improvement and reengineering resulting in measurable improvements.
Deliver Change into the client’s organization through the sharing and deployment of best practices considering operational and or structural issues.
Conveys information and ideas to others in a convincing and engaging manner through a variety of methods.
Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities; obtains and compares information from different sources to draw conclusions develops and evaluates alternatives and solutions, solve problems and chooses a course of action.
Interacts with others in a way that builds openness, trust, and confidence in the pursuit of organizational goals and lasting relationships.
Develops and sustains relationships based on an understanding of customer / stakeholder needs and actions consistent with the company’s service standards.

Strong relevant business experience, preferably in a hospitality environment, tourism strategy consulting or equivalent multi-client consulting environment.
The ability to challenge the status quo, think creatively, strong analytical skills, comfort working with unstructured and ambiguous approaches to problem-solving.
Intuitive ability to incorporate disparate ideas into simple but effective concepts.
Ability to develop trusted and effective partnering relationships with clients, advise and influence across all levels of the organization, consultative, collaborative, work effectively with diverse work styles and personalities and support others in understanding the value of diversity and inclusion.
Highly organized with effective time management, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work based on business needs
