The company :

ManpowerGroup Greece , on behalf of its client, a multinational manufacturer of machines and equipment, is looking for a result driven Technical Sales Representative to seek out and engage customer prospects in Greece.

Location : Athens, Greece with the ability to travel when needed

Responsibilities :

  • Selling products and services using solid arguments to dealers and end-users
  • Performing cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Presenting, promoting and selling products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective dealers and end-users
  • Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
  • Reaching out to dealer’ s needs through cold calling
  • Expediting the resolution of dealer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinating and participating to dealer’s special events in cooperation with technical dept.
  • Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinating sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyzing the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitiveactivities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Participating in events / seminars of the company
  • Installment of promotional material incl. and display systems to Dealers
  • Candidate Profile :

  • 3 years of proven work experience as a sales representative role
  • BA degree in Engineering, Marketing or Agronomy with technical background
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive businessprofessional relationships.
  • Able to travel (2,5 weeks average traveling per month)
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Time management and Organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
